To secure your booking, we ask for a 10% deposit. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel up to 30 days before your trip. We’ll contact you a month before your arrival to settle the remaining balance.

Please check each property advert to see if it’s pet-friendly. Some of our homes warmly welcome furry friends, while others maintain a pet-free environment.
Children are warmly welcomed at all of our homes. Each property includes access to a travel cot (bedding not provided) and a high chair (available on request). Some of our homes are equipped with stairgates and children’s books, while others are primarily decorated with adults in mind.
Check-in time is typically 3pm for most properties, with check-out at 10am. For larger houses, check-in may be at 4pm due to the scale of the changeover.
All our properties are equipped with a lockbox, allowing you to arrive at your convenience.
